Angel and Wanda Martinez
Lead Pastors
Pastor Angel and Wanda have been serving as the Lead Pastors of Vision Sinai since 2015. They are passionate about inspiring others through worship and biblical truths. With backgrounds in theology and education, they lead with a vision to build a vibrant, faith-filled community. Blessed with three children and three grandchildren, they cherish family time and enjoy sharing their love of faith with the next generation. Pastor Angel also enjoys playing his guitar and composing songs. Apart from their ministry work, they love spending quality time with their grandchildren.

Wanda Martinez
Women's Ministry Director
As the Women’s Ministry Director, Pastor Wanda is passionate about guiding and nurturing the spiritual growth of women at Vision Sinai. She creates a supportive environment where women can share experiences, challenges, and insights from a faith-based perspective. Through conferences and activities, she addresses contemporary issues, providing spiritually grounded guidance and support. Her background in education enriches her approach to ministry, making every interaction meaningful and impactful, while empowering women to discover and utilize their spiritual gifts. Outside of ministry, Pastor Wanda enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and visiting her native land of Puerto Rico, where she loves savoring fish and lobster with loved ones.
Esthermary Martinez
Youth Ministry Director and Worship Leader
As our Youth Ministry Director, Esthermary is passionate about empowering young people to live out their faith boldly. She creates an inclusive environment where our youth can grow spiritually and build lasting relationships. Beyond local meetings, she facilitates networking with youth from surrounding churches, expanding their connections and fostering a wider community. Zealous in her worship, Esthermary creates an atmosphere where God’s presence is felt in powerful ways. Outside of ministry, she enjoys spending time with her two children.
Iris Flores
Christian Education and Children's Ministry Director
As the overseer for our Christian Education and Children’s Ministry, Iris alternates between the two ministries, passionately teaching God’s word. She is dedicated to embedding biblical truths in her students’ hearts and encouraging them to apply these in their daily lives. During our gatherings, Iris challenges her students to engage through active class participation. Her vision is to train and lead teachers, cultivating spiritual growth in our church. Outside of ministry, Iris enjoys walking and contemplating God’s beauty in nature.
Jesús Manuel Matos
Media Director
Recently stepping into the role of Media Director at Vision Sinai, Jesús is responsible for overseeing media and the technical aspects of the worship services. His dedication to the ministry and willingness to grow with the job make him an invaluable asset to the church. His commitment to enhancing our worship experience through his faithful service in the media ministry is truly commendable. Apart from his ministry work, Apart from his ministry work, Jesús enjoys car mechanics and winding down playing on his Playstation.
Gina Cruz
Director of Prayer Services
As director of our Tuesday prayer services, Gina has a deep commitment to fostering spiritual growth and connection within Vision Sinai. Through guided prayers and thoughtful reflections, she addresses the spiritual needs of our community, offering compassionate support and wisdom. Gina’s many years of ministerial experience and her chaplaincy certification enhance her ability to lead with insight, making each Tuesday prayer service a meaningful and transformative experience. Outside of ministry, Gina enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends, bringing a sense of joy and balance to her life.
Leslie Joel Gonzalez
Director of Men's Ministry
As the new director of Men’s Ministry, Leslie Joel Gonzalez is committed to guiding and strengthening the spiritual growth of men at Vision Sinai. With a fresh perspective and a deep passion for ministry, Leslie’s vision is to empower men to take on their roles responsibly, make a positive difference in their homes and communities, and discover and utilize their spiritual gifts. With years in ministry and God’s call over his life to work with the men of the church, Leslie brings valuable experience and a heartfelt dedication to his new role. Outside of ministry, Leslie enjoys sports cars, mechanics, and spending time with his family.
